We have been made aware of an intermittent problem effecting our telephone lines this morning. This problem is effecting many practices across Lancashire, and the IT teams are investigating as a matter of high priority. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Flu Vaccines are now available. Please book your appointment online or telephone the surgery after 3pm. Please note priority will be given to patients aged 65 or over, those with a chronic disease, carers and patients who are pregnant.

COVID – 19 (Coronavirus)
We would like to thank all our patients for your support and cooperation during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
We realise it is tough for everyone and people want reassurance and normality to resume; however patient and staff safety is paramount. We are working with the ‘new normal’ and hope to enable all the services we usually provide to recommence as soon as it is safe to do so.
We are continuing to follow NHS England and Government guidelines and as you know things can change daily but rest assured we are working with our community services and secondary care to ensure your safety and health is as always our priority.
In order to protect patients and staff the majority of consultations continue to be held via telephone or video. Should the clinician need to see you following a telephone or video consultation then a suitable face to face consultation will be arranged.
If you are asked to attend the surgery for an appointment please comply with government guidance by wearing a face covering. If you don't yet have a face covering, the GOV.UK website produced a guide on how to make one with items you will have readily available at home. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering/
Please do not attend the surgery if you have any of the following
- A high temperature
- A new continuous cough
- Have lost your sense of smell or taste
Please self isolate and follow the latest NHS guidance https://nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
