You can order a repeat prescription by leaving your repeat prescription slip at the box on reception, or via patient access following the link at the top of this page. New users are required to register prior to using the system and will need to provide proofs of identification.
From 01.01.2018 Leyland Surgery do not process or accept repeat prescription requests from chemists on behalf of patients.
We do not accept telephone requests for repeat items.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. We may reduce your quantities if your review is overdue to further prompt you to make an appointment.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
